At E&V (operated by YQY INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING), we strive to provide professional and efficient compliance services. Due to the nature of our services—which involve official government filings, intellectual property registrations, and non-refundable administrative fees—we have established the following Refund Policy to clarify our responsibilities and protect both parties.
General Principles
Most of our services involve specialized labor and payments made to third-party government authorities or recycling organizations. Once a service process has been initiated, resources are committed, and costs are incurred immediately.
Refund Eligibility by Service Stage
We categorize the refund eligibility based on the progress of your application:
Before Service Initiation: If you request a cancellation before any documentation has been reviewed or any application has been drafted, you are eligible for a Full Refund (minus any transaction fees charged by payment processors like PayPal or Stripe).
After Document Review & Drafting: Once our team has started reviewing your documents or drafting the application forms but before submission to the authorities, you are eligible for a 50% Refund of the service fee.
After Submission to Authorities: Once an application has been submitted to the relevant government bodies (e.g., German ZSVR/LUCID, French ADEME, Tax Offices, or Trademark Offices), No Refunds will be issued. At this stage, the service is considered “delivered” as the filing action is irreversible.
Non-Refundable Items
The following costs are strictly Non-Refundable under any circumstances:
Official Government Fees: Any fees already paid to government registries or environmental organizations on your behalf.
Recycling Fees: Payments made to recycling systems (Dual Systems) for EPR compliance.
Express Processing Fees: Fees paid for prioritized handling of your case.
Processing Delays
The User acknowledges that government approval times (ranging from 24 hours to 3 months depending on the jurisdiction and service type) are estimated based on historical data. Delays caused by official authorities, public holidays, or regulatory changes do not constitute a valid reason for a refund. We commit to providing timely updates and professional follow-ups until your certificate/number is issued.
Client Responsibility
No refunds will be provided if a registration is rejected or delayed due to:
Submission of false, inaccurate, or incomplete information by the Client.
Client’s failure to respond to requests for additional information from the authorities within the required timeframe.
Prior existing accounts or compliance violations unknown to E&V at the time of application.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at info@eprvat.com with your Invoice Number and the reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used (PayPal, Bank Transfer, or Stripe).
Chargebacks and Disputes
By paying our invoice, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. We encourage clients to contact our support team to resolve any issues. Initiating a chargeback without prior consultation will be considered a breach of our Terms of Service, and we reserve the right to suspend all active compliance services and report the incident to relevant credit and regulatory bodies.
